Marsh needed to seize the essence of the movement and infuse it into Sweet Harmony, making a song that might echo the beliefs of unity and inclusivity. She concluded her medical internship with Heart and Harmony by way of telehealth in 2020 and served being an MT-BC in her hometown before beginning a different experience while in the DFW area.
